Brittainy Rivers, is a passionate, servant leader, whose calling is to inspire, guide and coach the next consortium of leaders. She is a wife, mother, friend, Insurtech Executive, DEI enthusiast and COO of Own Your Energy, LLC.

Brittainy has a wide range of work experiences that shape her experience, expertise and perspective in coaching and leading others in business.

She started her career in sales and marketing, where she learned about working with different types of people in differing environments. She studied the psychology of business and has a knack for determining and identifying the motivations of others that she interacts with. She perfected the skill of delivering to clients and exceeding their expectations while balancing truth and integrity to build strong, lasting relationships.

Brittainy transitioned into Insurtech in her early thirties and has ascended the rank into the executive level as a Vice President of Client Delivery. The lessons Brittainy has learned through her journey have helped her create an unique approach to guiding her clients to the highest version of themselves in leadership, which in turn produces authentic, vulnerable leaders who are extremely successful in leading themselves and their teams to success. These principles also assist Brittainy in identifying the strengths and challenges her clients face. She strives to meet her individual clients where they are, apply principles of mental fitness, and leverage Own Your Energy’s assessments and proven coaching techniques to establish an individual coaching program to achieve the desired professional outcomes, whatever they may be.
